How far along: 6 weeks.
How big is baby: 0.25-0.30 inches long, BS is about the size of a sweet pea.
Total weight gain: None but I feel a bloated fullness all through my body.
Maternity Clothes: No way.
Sleep: The fatigue has started to come back, but not as bad as the beginning. The dreams are still frequent and the getting up to pee every hour hasn’t seemed to let up either. And I know it won’t either.
Best moment of the week: Sleeping our first night in our new home.
Food Cravings: Still have no appetite. I told Bobby that the placenta was forming this week and he said, “You’ve got to eat…a lot!” Thank goodness I have him, he keeps me taking care of myself.
Food Aversions: Sweets. The thought of cookies or brownies makes me want to heave.
Symptoms: The same: bad skin, painful enlarging (as we speak) breasts, frequent urination and bouts of nausea. Still no vomiting. No mood swings.
Mood: Calm, relaxed, chill.
Movement: Nada. Baby Sock has a brain now, the nervous system is starting to develop and by next week BS will be twice the size. BS has webbed structures of arms and legs buds starting to form. Facial features are starting to form: nose, eyes, ears, chin and cheeks.
What I’m looking forward to: The first US.
What I miss: My full energy, my dire need to clean everything (I’m starting to get lazy), and my daily gym routine.
