How far along? 25 weeks.
Size of baby: The size of a rutabaga (whatever that is).
Weight: 136 lbs. I had a doctors appointment this week so I was able to get my weight. I’m right on target…gaining about 1 lb. a week.
Stretch marks: Not yet.
Gender: GIRL!
Nursery: I bought Josie a toddler bed and I finally picked out and bought the bedding for Juliette’s nursery. I’ll post pictures as soon as we get settled.
Maternity clothes: My tank tops are starting to get small, I had to pack them away in boxes. Almost time to go get more cheap tanks from Marshall’s.
Sleep: I think this is the absolute worst week of acid reflux. It literally is my biggest complaint in this pregnancy. It keep me up late and up during the night. I wake up in the middle of the night so hungry but I don’t want to eat because it will get worse. Tums are not doing much of anything for me.
Best moment the week: Finally getting my mind situated on what I want to do with Josie’s room/Juliette’s room, etc. in the new house.
Food cravings: Anything that doesn’t cause heartburn.
Food aversions: Anything I ate in the beginning of the pregnancy.
Symptoms: Hurtburn and very strong BHC and round ligament pain when I get up in the middle of the night to pee.
Mood: Getting more excited about the move but anxious about what’s left to be done here that I obviously cannot do because I’m huge and pregnant.
Movement: Big kicks! She kicks the covers off me…no joke.
What I’m looking forward to: Next week (Monday!)
What I miss: Energy and a nice cocktail and a night out with my husband. We really need it.
