32 Weeks Pregnant

32 Weeks Pregnant 2

How far along: 32 Weeks.

How big is baby: 4+lbs.

Total weight gain: 29+ lbs. total.

Maternity Clothes: Yes. And still wearing my regular clothes and tops too.

Sleep: Terrible. It literally is the worst part of my day. I dread going to bed because it’s as if I sleep for 30 minutes before I wake up in extreme pain in my back, legs or abdomen. I love my bed so much and wish I could just get some good rest. The heating pad has helped a little bit here and there but I miss my sleep.

Best moment of the week:  The nursery is complete. Yes, you read that right. We are finished. I am working on photos and a video blog soon. Things have been changed up and added since my last post.

Food Cravings:  Pizza! Oranges and chocolate…obviously not all at the same time.

Food Aversions: Bacon. Yuck! Anything with bacon, the sight of bacon and the smell, ewe. Makes me want to vomit.

Symptoms:  So extremely tired but cannot sleep. Achy painful back that keeps me up all night. My belly is growing a lot this week, I can feel it and I can tell by how much I ache and cannot sleep at night at all. I have itchy skin, acne, and pain in my heels. And I feel as though I may be coming down with a cold. I feel yucky these past few days.

Mood: Blessed, thankful, excited.

Movement: She hiccups all the time. And she is super active all day long. But not so much the punches and kicks anymore but long pushes where you can see my belly move and morph into funny bulges and stay in that position for a few seconds. Pretty cool. Bobby loves it. He puts his head on my belly and she pushed back. I sure hope she sleeps a heck of a lot more when she is out of my belly because this girl is an insomniac.

What I’m looking forward to:  Josie’s arrival and the last US of this pregnancy coming very soon.

What I miss: The warm weather. It was nice here for a day but it has been raining on and off and cold since. I also miss my husband. He is gone on business, again.

  1. So exciting that you are done with your nursery! We are getting closer 🙂 sleep is definitely an issue for me as well. I’m so sorry that you are getting such short spurts of it! I keep reminding myself that soon I will be up nursing.
It’s amazing how similar our pregnancies are. I’m pretty sure Abby is growing a ton this week -at least from how my body and belly feels. You look adorable by the way. I love the feeling that our bodies were made for this.
