How far along? 29 weeks.
Size of baby: The size of a butternut squash.
Weight: 138lbs.
Stretch marks: Not yet.
Gender: GIRL!
Nursery: This won’t be officially together until she is 6 months old and moves into her own room. I’m still trying to decide who is going into which room upstairs and downstairs.
Maternity clothes: I feel huge and have some comfortable clothes.
Sleep: It’s not bad, I guess. To be expected at this point in the pregnancy. If I get up in the middle of the night and look at my phone for anymore than a few minutes, I have a very hard time falling back asleep and feel restless.
Best moment the week: My mom and brother came to visit.
Food cravings: Almond Joy. Coconut macaroons.
Food aversions: Anything I ate in the beginning of the pregnancy.
Symptoms: Heartburn is under control because I started taking Prilosec (with doctors recommendations). My bones hurt. I can definitely feel the calcium being robbed from my body. Also, I did finally get a doctor by the way (thanks to my sister-in-law, Angela). The doctor told me that my blood work from Florida showed I had low iron. Well, no one told me that. Not one doctor in Florida. Yet another reason why I HATE that place. No wonder I am so unbelievably tired and cold all the time. So I started taking iron supplements, 2 pills daily.
Mood: Content.
Movement: Big kicks all the time. She’s a strong little girl!
What I’m looking forward to: The 3D/4D ultrasound next week.
What I miss: Sleeping on my back.
